This 4700 sq. ft. co-working space, spread across two floors in Kothrud, Pune, was envisioned as more than just a functional workplace — it was designed to deliver a refined and comfortable user experience that would set it apart in a growing market.

During our very first discussion, while reviewing the initial layout concepts, we suggested that the space should not follow the conventional co-working approach. Instead, it needed to feel more premium, thoughtfully curated, and exceptionally comfortable. The idea was simple: if people spend long hours working here, the environment should enhance productivity, comfort, and overall experience while giving the brand a distinct edge over nearby competitors.
